Choose “register participant/rogaine team” when you want to register one participant to Heroes Obstacle Race or one partcipant/one team to rogain.
Choose “register multiple individual competitiors together” when you want to register multiple people to Heroes Obstacle Race. In addition, you can form a group – group lead sends everyone a link where they need to fill in their registration details by themselves. However, in the end, you have to pay a joint bill for the entire group.
PS! This is not the same as registering you group for the team competition in Heroes Obstacle Race – there will be a separate registration for that later.
-
From the registration environment, you can go directly to the Stebby payment link at the end of registration to pay for your order!
If you previously purchased a separate ticket from Stebby, you must also register for the corresponding event on the reg.seiklushunt.ee page. Make sure that your order is confirmed and then we will add the Stebby payment later.
-
First, you need to register in the registration environment reg.seiklushunt.ee and then go to Stebby to purchase a ticket. We will record payments in the registration environment every now and then.
PS! If one or more participants in the team pays via Stebby, then unfortunately the others will not be able to pay via the registration system. In this case, a transfer must be made to Seiklushunt’s bank account (details can be found at the bottom of this website).
-
When purchasing a ticket via Stebby, registration must be also done at reg.seiklushunt.ee. Stebby is only an environment where it is possible to pay for the event and not register.
-
SInce recording the payments is done manually, it takes a few days. If there is more time before the event, it can take a week or two.
-
The registration system (reg.seiklushunt.ee) generates invoices automatically. At the end of registration is a box where you can add invoice details. Then it is possible to pay via payment links or according to confirmation letter (PDF document). After the payment is processed, invoice can be downloaded.
-
Please write to arved@seiklushunt.ee you exact needs.

It is allowed! You can do this yourself by logging into the registration environment – “My registrations” and “change participant”. During the competition week, changes can only be made via email – sekretariaat@seiklushunt.ee

Heroes Obstacle Race
-
Pre-registration for children’s races takes place online (a link will appear on each event’s website) until midnight of the day before the race day. On the day of the race, it is possible to register on site at the race center until the start.
-
Heroes Obstacle Races have very friendly fellow competitors who often help each other through the obstacles. For more difficult obstacles, there is also an alternative in case you can’t complete the obstacle. Usually, these are burpees or push-ups.
-
No! A lot of the obstacles that are in water are placed in shallow waters. If an obstacle is in deeper water, you can always skip it and do an alternative task (burpees/push-ups).
-
Starting groups are formed based on the results of previous competitions. This includes placing the expected strong runners in the first starting group.
The remaining participants are randomly assigned to starting groups (except for teams, which are placed in the same starting group if possible).
-
The start time will be shown when the starting protocol is published (usually in the middle of the competition week). In order to disperse the participants on the course, the starts will be given in waves, i.e. there will be several starting groups. There are approximately 75 competitors in one group and the starts will take place every 10 minutes.
-
Team registration is done using a separate form, which can be found in the additional information for the competition. Since team members may change in the meantime, a new team registration must be made for each competition.
-
You can start in the same group with a friend if you send us this information before the competition week (sekretariaat@seiklushunt.ee). In addition, we will also place members of one team in the same starting group if possible.
-
Re-registration from a longer distance to a shorter one and person changes within the same distance are free of charge. The difference in participation fees must be paid when registering from a shorter distance to a longer distance or in the case of an invalid discount (e.g. an adult participates instead of a youth).
On the day of the race and the day before (Saturday-Sunday), the fee for changes (re-registration, change of distance, change of starting group) is 5€ + the difference in participation fees.
