Registration
Registration in the registration environment: reg.seiklushunt.ee
It is also possible to pay via Stebby, there is a payment link in the registration system.
Season discount:
If you register for at least 3 events at once (including Heroes Obstacle Race: Night Edition), you will receive a 15% discount. Registration discount for the entire season is valid until April 1st.
*People under 20 years old (incl.) and seniors from 60 years old. (incl.) get a 30% discount which will be calculated automatically when registering. Discount also applies when registering at the event site.
** Group discount -20%. Register at least 4 people at the same time in the registration environment to receive a -20% discount for your group. The group discount is valid until Monday midnight of the competition week.
Invoices
If you wish to pay by invoice and/or invoice, invoices are automatically generated in the registration environment. At the end of the registration there is a box where you can fill in the details of the invoice recipient. You can pay there immediately with a bank link or based on the order confirmation (download PDF document) – the invoice will be generated after the payment has been made. The invoice can then be viewed by logging into the registration environment or by clicking on the link in the registration confirmation email.
For any concerns or exceptions, please write to: arved@seiklushunt.ee. Invoices will be issued up to 7 working days after the payment is made.
Participation fee includes:
- Timekeeping (if chosen accordingly)
- An exciting and challenging course with around 15+ or 30+ different obstacles depending on the distance.
- Service (incl. luggage storage, outdoor toilets, if possible a place to change clothes and wash, medical assistance if necessary)
- Unique Heroes Obstacle Race medal (different for each stage)
- A drink and a hot meal at the finish
- Free high-quality photos

Re-registration and changes
Re-registration and changes can be done by the participant themselves in the registration environment: reg.seiklushunt.ee.
Changes can be made in the registration environment until midnight on Friday of the competition week.
Re-registration from a longer distance to a shorter one in the registration environment and change of person within the same distance are free of charge. You must pay for an invalid discount (e.g. an adult participates instead of a youth) or the price difference when re-registering from a shorter distance to a longer one or when re-registering from a distance without timekeeping to a distance with timekeeping.
If you experience any problems with the registration environment or would like to submit any changes on the day before competition, please write to sekretariaat@seiklushunt.ee.
On the day of the competition and the day before (Saturday-Sunday), the fee for changes (re-registration, change of distance, change of starting group etc.) is 5€ + the difference in participation fees.
Children’s run
Children’s run will take place in three different age groups:
- Children until the age of 6 (included) ~300 m;
- ages 7-10 (included) ~500 m
- children up to age 14 (included) ~500 m.
Pre-registration for children’s races takes place online until midnight the day before the race day. On the day of the race, it is possible to register on site at the competition center until the start. The participation fee for children’s races is free if you pre-register online, 3€ on site.

will not be an awarding ceremony for kids, everyone will receive a diploma and a little sweet treat. The number is adhesive but it can also be attached with safety pins. Children’s feet and hands may get dirty on the course, but all obstacles are safe and take children’s age into consideration.
We kindly ask parents not to run on the course with children (only if it’s really necessary) so children could get a great experience all by themselves!
Distances and courses
The length of the course is approximately 5 km. There are natural and built obstacles on the course. The course is marked with arrows, ribbon and referees.
To maintain obstacles in good health, it’s forbidden to use shoes with spikes.
Obstacles
Some of the obstacles may be difficult (i.e plank walls) especially for women and shorter people. That is why we call up participants to help your co-participants and if needed, ask for help! If you can not pass the obstacle you need to do an alternative.
We really recommend to at least try the obstacle before choosing the alternative way. The course is tough. In order to maintain good feeling and to enjoy the race, we recommend to start out slowly! If there is a queue or you can not pass a participant on a narrow way, please remain calm and polite. Ask the way nicely when it is possible to pass.
Safety
All participants take part on their own risk!
Obstacles are built so that they would be challenging yet safe for the participants. There is medical service in the race center, who will help you in case of injuries.
Team scoring
In addition to individual scoring, there is also team scoring. Team can consist of up to 5 people, minimum is 3. Team’s three fastest times are summed up and according to the grand total we award the first three teams.
Team classification will take place in both the short and main race timed distances. There will be no overall classification for the series. Teams can be registered in advance online in the registration environment until midnight on Friday of the competition week and at the competition center until 12:00.

NB! Before registering your team, make sure that all members have previously registered for the same competition and distance in the reg.seiklushunt.ee environment.
On the day of the competition and the day before (Saturday-Sunday), there is an additional fee (5€) for registering teams and making changes. To register teams and make changes, write to: sekretariaat@seiklushunt.ee.
Awarding
The award ceremony will take place on site at the competition center.
The top three in each competition class will be awarded, but the organizer reserves the right to reduce the number of winners if there are not enough participants in the competition class.
The participant will participate in each competition class for which he/she meets the conditions. For example, if the participant is over the 45 years old, he will take part in both the M45+ class and the main mens class.
For the sake of fair play and the clarity of the competition, the winners of the competition (those who reach the podium) will be determined only among the participants who started from the 1st starting group (does not apply to team scoring)!
Prizes are handed out only at the event, collecting them later is not possible!
By making a registration and paying the entry fee, the participant agrees:
- with the instructions and conditions set by the organizer;
- that his/her personal data is used in accordance with Estonian laws and regulations;
- that the organizer will send information e-mails;
- that photographs may be taken of him/her at the event;
- that he/she is well trained and healthy to participate in the sports event.
Rights of the organizer
- The organizer has the right to make changes in the additional information that will be available at the beginning of the competition week.
- The organizer has the right to disqualify any participants who do not follow the instructions and regulations of the competition.
- The organizer has the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for its promotional use.
- If the event is cancelled due to conditions not caused by the organizer (Force Majeure), the participation fees will not be refunded.
- If a registered person is not present, the participation fee will not be refunded.
- Questions which can not be solved based on this guide will be resolved on an ongoing basis by the organizer.
