Endine tapamaja ja Tartu külmhoone

1904. aastal avas Tartu Linnavalitsus tapamaja, millest sai 1955. aastal Tartu külmhoone. 2002. aastast tegutseb majas kaubanduskeskus, mille juures võib endiselt näha märke algsest arhitektuurist.

Former abattoir and Tartu cold store

In 1904, the Tartu City Government opened an abattoir which in 1955 became the Tartu cold store. In 2002, the building was turned into a shopping centre, but signs of the original architecture can still be seen.
